NEW FEATURE!!!  I just learned how to create links in my text!  Yay!  Now if there’s a product, project, or webpage I’m trying to share with you, I should be able to create a link you can simply click on and a new window will open with the information!  How exciting!  I’ve been going back through the entire Creative Kids site to add links where they would be appropriate and helpful, so please re-explore the site and let me know what you think!  Especially check out the Getting Started and Stains! pages.

I’ve finally found time to start typing out some new projects, just in time for Halloween! I love this holiday, as it lends itself to fun, easy kid-friendly projects. Who could ask for anything more? Thanks again for your patience as we sorted out life after the accident way back in June. You are great for checking back! -Jenise

Well, hello!  Sorry it’s taking me so long to get back on track here.  In the next few days I hope to start posting some of the new projects I’ve been working on, as well as a complete redesign!  A new look for a new start!  Thanks to all the people who have obviously been checking in on the site even though we’ve been taking a break over here. Keep checking back!

Sigh… Due to a second, much more serious, car accident, I have not been posting on here as I’d like to. Actually, I’m not sure when I will post again. Right now, I just need to focus on my family and getting everyone back to normal. Thanks for understanding. -Jenise

I seem to be having some technical difficulties…  My older pictures refuse to show up sometimes.  Sorry if it’s a problem you are also having.  If you click on the spot where the picture should be, you can still view the photo.  I’ll see what I can do about it, but I’m not technologically savvy, so…  bear with me!

I look forward to responses and suggestions!  Please comment back to me; I hope these are fun for other people and not just me!  Please tell me I’m not doing all this work without helping anyone.  Let me know if you like or dislike my projects.  I was hoping there would be more interaction between everyone… Let’s see if we can do that!

I might add a section on the home page with a random  weekly question, and I will post the name of the ”winner” who correctly responds first.  Perhaps that would spark some interaction?    Help me out here!  I’d do a contest where you win a small prize, but this is all pro-bono, and I certainly can’t afford anything that extravagant!  If you have a project to share, tell me!  I’ll get you my e-mail address and you can send me photos and I’ll post it for you; simply comment back!  — I know some of you do really cute crafts with your kids… I’d love to share them!

We had a small car accident the other day, and I’m still pretty sore and running a little slow, so I probably won’t be adding anything this week.  I am so sorry!  I know you will all understand.  I’ll make it up in the next week or so.  Thanks for checking in, and remember to look back soon.

Hope everyone had a happy Mother’s Day yesterday!  We had a really good one.  This last week we’ve tried quite a few new projects that I am trying to write up today.  I should have some, if not all, posted by tonight!  Check back soon!

Since the weather has been so nice here, we’ve spent a lot of time outside lately.  I have a few projects I am really excited to try, and can’t wait to see how they work out!  I’ll post them as soon as I have a chance to experiment with them myself.  Hopefully by mid-week we’ll have some great new outdoor projects for you!
